Blue Label Construction has been proudly building homes in Los Angeles since 1992. The company was founded originally as “Waxtein Construction” by Isaac Waxtein. In 2009 he changed the name to “Blue Label Construction”. At Blue Label Construction, we have a highly dedicated team that not only builds homes but, builds the life you want. Blue Label Construction works with many talented architects to construct many different styles of homes, anywhere from Modern to Traditional to Spanish. We will work with you on building your new home or even if you would just like to do a remodel or home addition.

Isaac Waxtein
Isaac Waxtein, is the founder of Blue Label Construction and currently serves as the General Contractor. He graduated from the University of Southern California with both a Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering degree, he soon after graduating started Blue Label Construction, mostly building homes in the Santa Monica and Brentwood areas, where most of his construction is still done today. Since starting though, he has expanded to doing many projects in areas like Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, and West Los Angeles. Almost every block in Santa Monica, North of Montana in the prestigious 90402 zip code has a home built by Isaac and Blue Label Construction.
